Head of Legal Division Legal Counsel Legal Affairs Division The tasks of this unit can be described as follows: Ensuring the implementation and enforcement of regulations, laws, and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Following up on them, diagnosing flaws and shortcomings in their application, and submitting recommendations in this regard to the administrative assistant. ·Providing legal advice to clarify legal texts or to give a legal opinion on a matter of concern to any administrative unit in the college. Drafting contracts and supervising bids for the lease of public property belonging to the college. - Supervise the follow-up of certain legal transactions pertaining to the college in some government departments with the authorization of the Dean. Sign and stamp legal transactions and commitments with the authority delegated by the university presidency. Follow up on lessees and beneficiaries of college property (clubs, garages, and other college-owned properties) and monitor any violations of the contract between them and submit recommendations for their accountability. Attend and participate in seminars and courses related to legal matters to improve the efficiency of the college's legal units and follow up on relevant developments. .
