The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Anbar University organizes a workshop on the law governing the discipline of state employees and its impact on university work
The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Anbar University organized a workshop entitled:
“The Discipline and Duties of State and Public Sector Employees and its Impact on University Work,” aimed at administrative staff at the university, based on Law No. 14 of 1991 on the discipline of state employees.
The workshop was attended by the dean of the college, Prof. Dr. Labib Zouyan Musaykh, who emphasized in his opening speech the importance of such workshops in raising awareness of administrative laws and establishing a culture of professional discipline among university employees.
The workshop was presented by Dr. Abdulkarim Khalid Jamil, who gave a comprehensive explanation of the most important articles of Law No. 14 of 1991 and outlined the duties of administrative employees within the university, as well as the mechanisms for dealing with administrative violations and the disciplinary penalties that result from them.
The workshop aimed to:
• Introduce Law No. 14 of 1991 on the Discipline of State Employees.
• Clarify the duties of administrative staff within the university.
• Identify administrative violations and the mechanisms for dealing with them.
• Understand the disciplinary penalties for violations.
• Promote a spirit of commitment and discipline in the university work environment.
This workshop is part of a series of development activities carried out by the college as part of its efforts to raise the efficiency of human resources and develop administrative performance in line with the university's goals and vision of academic and administrative excellence.
