The Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences Council holds its twelfth meeting for the academic year 2024-2025

With the blessing of God Almighty, the Faculty Council held its twelfth meeting for the academic year (2024/2025) at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 18, 2025, chaired by the Dean of the Faculty, Prof. Labib Zouyan Mousaikh, and attended by all members of the Council.

The Council discussed the items on the meeting agenda and made the appropriate recommendations and decisions. During the meeting, a number of topics related to the development of academic and research programs and the advancement of the scientific and athletic achievements of the college's students were discussed.

The Council hosted Mr. Imad Anad Al-Mashadani, Director of Youth and Sports in Anbar, who emphasized in his speech the leading role played by the college in preparing specialized cadres, praising its openness to community institutions and strengthening partnerships that serve young people.

In an important step, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the college and the directorate, which included provisions for the development of training and qualification programs and the activation of joint sports activities.

The two parties affirmed that this memorandum represents a new start towards strengthening joint institutional work and a strategic step to serve the youth and sports movement in Anbar province.
