On Monday, May 4, 2026, the doctoral defense of Hassan Jijan Sabbar took place in the main auditorium of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Anbar University.

The topic of his dissertation was “Psychological Stress, Emotional Stability, and Their Relationship to Decision-Making Among Scout Leaders Holding the Wooden Badge.”
