On Thursday, July 24, 2025, a discussion was held by master's student Youssef Ahmed Tawfiq in the main discussion hall of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Anbar.

The topic of his thesis was (The Effect of a Training Program on Developing the Physical Fitness and Knowledge Acquisition of First-Class Soccer Referees)

The committee consisted of the following members

Prof. Yasser Muhammad Hamoud - Member/ University of Ma'arif.

  After extensive discussion by the chair and members of the thesis discussion committee, the thesis was accepted. 

    On this occasion, we congratulate the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Anbar, all the distinguished professors, graduate instructors, the college's graduate studies committee, and the supervisor for their efforts in preparing a new researcher to add to their impressive scientific achievements. We also congratulate the student and his family on his achievement of this academic degree.

In conclusion, we extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to the chair and members of the discussion committee, and to the universities to which they belong, for their academic efforts and for taking the trouble to travel, asking God to reward them with the best reward.
