On Monday, July 14, 2025, a doctoral student (Hussein Mahdi Saleh) defended his thesis in the main discussion hall of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Anbar.

The topic of his thesis was “The History of Football Teams' Participation in the Youth World Cup and the Results Achieved for the Period 1977-2023.”
