On Sunday, July 27, 2025, the Grand Discussion Hall at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Anbar University hosted a discussion of the master's thesis submitted by student Ahmed Hadi Bard, entitled:

The Effect of Using the Numbered Heads Strategy on the Learning Outcomes of Some Basic Volleyball Skills Among Students

The discussion committee consisted of the following members:

• Professor Khalil Ibrahim Suleiman – Chair / University of Anbar

• Assistant Professor Ahmed Aqil Abbas – Member / University of Diyala

 • Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Khalid Awad – Member / University of Anbar

 • Assistant Professor Dr. Nasr Khalid Abdulrazzaq – Member and Supervisor / University of Anbar

After an in-depth scientific discussion, the committee decided to accept the thesis and award the student a master's degree in physical education and sports science.

On this occasion, we extend our warmest congratulations and blessings to the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences – Anbar University, to the university in general, and to all distinguished professors and scholars, especially the honorable supervisor, in appreciation of their blessed efforts in preparing this researcher, who adds to their record of scientific achievements, despite various challenges.

We also congratulate the student and his family on this distinguished scientific achievement, asking God Almighty to grant him continued success and prosperity.

In conclusion, we cannot but express our sincere thanks and appreciation to the esteemed members of the discussion committee and the universities they represent for their commendable efforts and for taking the trouble to travel here. May God reward them with all good.
