The Admissions and Registration Division/Graduate Studies Department at the Presidency of Anbar University announces the commencement of administrative and legal procedures for students admitted to graduate studies for the 2025-2026 academic year, following the issuance of university orders and approval by the University Council, as follows:

1- Issuance of university orders: Starting on Tuesday, 8/20/2025.

2- Completion of security clearances and legal commitments: From 8/20/2025 to 9/2/2025, including all accepted employees and non-employees.

3- Completion of study procedures for accepted employees only: Starting on 8/20/2025, a stamped copy of the university order must be received and their official departments must be reviewed to complete the study leave procedures.

4- Commencement of studies: Studies will commence on Monday, 2/9/2025, in the relevant academic departments.

5- Medical examination for narcotics and psychotropic substances: From 20/8/2025 to 28/8/2025, including all accepted employees and non-employees.
