On Monday, May 18, 2026, the defense of the master’s thesis submitted by student Amer Adel Shaker, titled:

“The Effect of a Guidance Program on Mental Resilience and the Development of Complex Skill Performance Levels Among Advanced First-Division Handball Players”

The thesis defense committee consisted of the following members:

• Assistant Professor Dr. Manaf Majid Hussein – Member / University of Anbar

• Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Fadel Yahya – Member / University of Samarra

• Assistant Professor Dr. Marwan Abdul-Latif Abdul-Jabbar – Member and Supervisor / University of Anbar

Following an extensive academic discussion, the thesis was accepted, and the student was awarded a Master’s degree in Physical Education and Sports Sciences.

On this occasion, we extend our congratulations to the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Anbar University, to the university as a whole, and to all the distinguished professors and scholars, especially the esteemed supervisor, for their efforts in preparing this researcher, who adds to their impressive record of scientific achievements despite the challenges.

We also congratulate the student and his family on his attainment of this academic degree, and we ask God to grant him continued success and guidance.
