On Sunday, May 24, 2026, the defense of the master’s thesis submitted by student Mona Khalil Ibrahim took place in the Grand Lecture Hall of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Anbar University. The thesis is titled:

(An Analytical Historical Study of Men’s National Teams’ Participation in the FIBA World Cup and Their Most Significant Results from 1950 to 2023)

The defense committee consisted of the following members:

‏Following an extensive academic discussion, the thesis was accepted, and the student was awarded a Master’s degree in Physical Education and Sports Sciences.

On this occasion, we extend our congratulations to the Deanship of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Anbar University, to the university as a whole, and to all the distinguished professors and scholars, especially the esteemed supervisor, for their efforts in preparing this researcher, who adds to their impressive record of scientific achievements despite the challenges.
