The Council of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences holds its fifth session to discuss academic and administrative developments
The Council of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at the University of Anbar held its fifth session on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, headed by the Dean of the College and attended by the Council members to discuss important issues related to the educational and administrative process.
The session discussed the study plans for the second semester and emphasized the regularity of attendance, enhancing scientific research, urging lecturers to publish in reputable journals, and adhering to the ethics of practical research in terms of citations from scientific research.
During the meeting, the Council stressed the importance of preparing for the final exams for the first stage, emphasizing the need to provide an appropriate atmosphere for students, and ensuring that exams proceed in accordance with the ministerial controls and instructions. It was also emphasized to adhere to the scheduled timetables, prepare examination halls, and emphasize academic standards to ensure a fair and comprehensive evaluation of the students' level.
At the end of the session, the Council made a number of important recommendations aimed at improving academic and administrative performance, and raising the level of education in the college, while emphasizing their implementation according to the plans set to achieve the desired goals.
