Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Anbar University Meets with Graduate Students Accepted for the 2025-2026 Academic Year

On Monday, September 1, 2025, the Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Anbar University, Professor Labib Zuyan Masikh, met with graduate students for master's and doctoral degrees accepted for the 2025-2026 academic year. The meeting took place in the college's meeting room, in the presence of Professor Walid Khaled Hammadi, Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs, and Professor Adnan Fadous Omar, Head of the Graduate Studies Division at the college.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Dean welcomed the new students, congratulating them on their acceptance into the graduate programs. He emphasized that this stage represents a scientific responsibility and academic integrity that requires diligence, hard work, and high commitment. He explained that the college pays special attention to graduate students, as they represent an important resource in the field of scientific research and the development of sports disciplines. He also emphasized the importance of adhering to university regulations and instructions and urged students to invest their intellectual and scientific potential in conducting sound research that serves society and keeps pace with modern developments in physical education and sports sciences. He pointed out that the college is continuing to create a supportive academic environment by providing scientific resources and specialized academic supervision, contributing to the success of their research careers. Professor Labib Zoyan Masikh concluded the meeting by emphasizing that the success of graduate students is a success for both the college and the university, calling on them to set an example of commitment and academic excellence, reflecting the University of Anbar's standing among Iraqi universities.
