Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences holds an extended meeting with teaching staff on the occasion of the launch of the second academic course
On Monday, February 2, 2026, the Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, Prof. Dr. Labib Zouyan Masikh, accompanied by his scientific and administrative assistants, held an expanded meeting with the faculty's teaching staff on the occasion of the launch of the second semester of the current academic year.
The meeting addressed a number of academic and administrative issues related to the educational process, during which the Dean emphasized the importance of adhering to the approved study plans and the university calendar, and the need to create a suitable academic environment that contributes to raising the level of academic performance and developing educational outcomes in line with quality standards and academic accreditation.
During the meeting, he also stressed the importance of the college's scientific conference and early preparation for it, calling on teachers to actively contribute to its success through serious research participation and the presentation of high-quality scientific research that contributes to enhancing the scientific status of the college and keeps pace with recent developments in the fields of physical education and sports science.
He also emphasized the role of faculty members in monitoring students' academic and behavioral performance, promoting values of discipline and responsibility in the classroom, paying attention to research and scientific aspects, and encouraging scientific activities that contribute to developing students' abilities and skills.
He pointed out the importance of integrating scientific and administrative aspects to ensure the success of the educational process.
At the end of the meeting, the Dean called for strengthening the spirit of cooperation and teamwork among all faculty members, wishing the teaching staff and students continued success and hoping that the second semester would be full of scientific achievements.
